Safari Mail offers both one-time purchases and fixed-term subscription plans.
Subscriptions & Fixed-Term Commitments
By purchasing a Safari Mail subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on your selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 3 days before your renewal date. Once a monthly payment is processed, it is completely non-refundable.

- Monthly Plans: Billed and renewed monthly. You may cancel this plan at any time to stop future billing cycles.
- 6-Month & 12-Month Plans: These are fixed-term contract commitments with minimum terms, billed monthly over the selected period. Because high-value premium merchandise is provided upfront in your first delivery, early cancellations are not permitted after the 14-day international cooling-off period.
- Contract Breach & Penalties: Forcing an early cancellation or initiating an unauthorized bank chargeback breaches your contract. You will be held legally liable for the full retail cost of all received upfront merchandise, shipping fees, bank penalties, and a flat AUD$120.00 Early Termination Administrative Fee. Fixed-term plans cannot be self-cancelled via the customer portal until after the final billing cycle.

Optional upgrades, one-time purchases, or accessories are final and completely non-refundable once processed. They do not alter your core subscription terms.
