Cancellation policy
Safari Mail offers both one-time purchases and subscription plans.
Subscriptions
By purchasing a Safari Mail subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on your selected plan (monthly, 6-month, or 12-month).
- Monthly plans renew automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time.
- 6-month and 12-month plans are minimum commitment terms, billed monthly over the selected period. These plans will automatically renew at the end of the term unless cancelled.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, if you are on a 6-month or 12-month plan, you are committing to the full term and will continue to be billed monthly until the end of that period. To avoid renewal into a new term, cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription via the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting us. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.
Add-ons and One-Time Purchases
From time to time, you may add optional upgrades or purchase individual items. These are one-time purchases and do not affect your subscription unless stated otherwise. All one-time purchases are final and non-refundable once processed.
Order Processing & Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
