Safari Mail is created for children aged 5 - 12 years old, but may be enjoyed by other ages who love animals, nature and wild places.

Each month, your child receives a letter in the mail featuring a new African animal, along with a digital activity book to download.

Safari Mail is a sequential journey, with each delivery building on the last. Every new explorer begins at Month One.

A vintage style A4 story letter, an A5 explorer map, an A6 feature animal postcard, a collectible Safari Power card, a Safari Badge sticker, and a downloadable activity book.

We send letters once per month at the beginning of each month. Orders placed before the 10th will be included in the upcoming mailing cycle.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most letters arrive within 5–10 business days within Australia. International delivery typically takes 10–20 business days, but may take up to 4 weeks or longer.

Yes. The activity book is provided as a digital download for you to print at home. You can print only the pages you need, and answer pages are optional. Activities are designed for a range of ages and abilities, so you can choose what most interests or suits your child.

Yes, depending on your subscription plan:

• Month-to-Month: Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time before your next monthly billing date directly through your My Mail customer portal. Once a monthly payment has processed, it cannot be refunded, and we will happily dispatch that final month's adventure to you.
• 6 Months and One Year Subscriptions: Fixed-term subscriptions cannot be cancelled early, because we ship out your high-value premium merchandise items upfront in your very first package. You can plan ahead to cancel at the end of your subscription term by requesting a scheduled cancellation or by cancelling in the My Mail customer portal after the final billing date.

Yes. Safari Mail is printed on carbon neutral paper made from 100% recycled post-consumer waste, using vegetable-based inks. Our stickers are made from FSC-certified fibres and are biodegradable, rather than vinyl.
