Who is Safari Mail for?

Safari Mail is created for children aged 5 - 12 years old, but may be enjoyed by other ages who love animals, nature and wild places.

How does Safari Mail work?

Each month, your child receives a letter in the mail featuring a new African animal, along with a digital activity book to download.

Safari Mail is a sequential journey, with each delivery building on the last. Every new explorer begins at Month One.

What will I receive each month?

A vintage style A4 story letter, an A5 explorer map, an A6 feature animal postcard, a collectible Safari Power card, a Safari Badge sticker, and a downloadable activity book.

When will my first Safari Mail letter be sent?

We send letters once per month at the beginning of each month. Orders placed before the 10th will be included in the upcoming mailing cycle.

When will I receive my Safari Mail?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most letters arrive within 5–10 business days within Australia. International delivery typically takes 10–20 business days, but may take up to 4 weeks or longer.

Do I need to print the activity book?

Yes. The activity book is provided as a digital download for you to print at home. You can print only the pages you need, and answer pages are optional. Activities are designed for a range of ages and abilities, so you can choose what most interests or suits your child.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before your next billing date.

6 and 12 month subscriptions can be cancelled before your next billing date, but will continue for the remainder of the current term.

Is Safari Mail eco-friendly?

Yes. Safari Mail is printed on carbon neutral paper made from 100% recycled post-consumer waste, using vegetable-based inks. Our stickers are made from FSC-certified fibres and are biodegradable, rather than vinyl.
