Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns for change of mind.
Each Safari Mail delivery is a printed experience, and once it has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will happily offer a replacement or refund for that item.
Lost Mail
If your Safari Mail delivery does not arrive, please reach out.
We will investigate and, where appropriate, send a replacement.
Please note that delivery timeframes can vary depending on your location.
Subscription Payments
Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please refer to our Subscription & Cancellation Policy.
Address Accuracy & Changes
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that shipping details are entered correctly and kept up to date.
If you change your address, you must update your details before your next order is processed.
If an incorrect or outdated address is provided and your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund.
Where possible, we will resend your order to the correct address, however additional shipping fees may apply.
We are able to resend missed deliveries due to address errors for up to 60 days from the original dispatch date.
Orders sent beyond this timeframe are not eligible for replacement or refund.
