Shipping policy
Safari Mail is a physical mail experience, sent to your family each month.
When we send
All orders are sent at the beginning of each month. Orders placed before the 10th of the month will begin with the following month’s delivery. Orders placed after the 10th will begin with the month after next.
Delivery timeframes
Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- Australia: 3–7 business days
- New Zealand: 5–9 business days
- International: 10–25 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary depending on your location and postal service conditions.
Tracking
Safari Mail is typically sent as standard letter mail and does not include tracking. However, from time to time, promotional items, optional upgrades, or one-time purchases that exceed letter size may be sent via parcel post with tracking. Where tracking is included, details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delays
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by postal services. Delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
Lost or missing mail
If your Safari Mail has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at hello@safarimail.com.au and we will resend your order.
